Crash Replacement

Since the model year 2009, HAIBIKE has offered a crash replacement for carbon frames in addition to its five year guarantee on all frames.

One canavail oneself of this service if an accident or fall cause the frame such damage that continued riding is prevented. In this event,
HAIBIKE guarantees a 50% discount on the same frame or one of equivalent value.

How to Proceed?

The procedure takes place via the HAIBIKE specialised dealer from who the frame was acquired. He/she will gladly inform you of the exact procedure.

The following terms will need to be met: The frame must be of the model year 2009. The offer applies to the first owner and for three years from purchase date. The frame must be returned via the specialist dealer, accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a damage report. The crash replacement offer does not apply in the case of gross negligence or deliberate damage. HAIBIKE does not pay for refitting costs: these must be clarified with the specialist dealer. In the case of racing bike frames, defective HAIBIKE forks may also be exchanged. In the case of fullsuspension frames the damper is not part of the crash replacement.
